Track Workouts for Belleville Only  will start next year 2003, on Thursdays last week in April, 5:00Pm and will continue till mid Sept. on Thursdays.  All levels of runners are welcome to join.  Put a little speed in your races.  Long runs on the week-ends.  Under the direction of Top Ontario Master Runner.   Brian Lansdowne email for information

SUNDAY
MARATHON TRAINING

Join a group of hardy Kingstonians for a long run
every Sunday morning. The runners leave at 8:30
a.m. They meet at Bukamaranga's on Princess St.

MONDAY
BREW PUB RUNNERS

Meeting at 6:00 p.m. at the Kingston Brew Pub on
Clarence St. This group usually runs 5-10K, with all
levels welcome. After the run, enjoy a drink at the
pub and reminisce about past races.

TUESDAY TRAINING
Join the Road Runners in our weekly workouts at
5:45 p.m. Since it is Summer we meet at Tindall
Field, Queen's University, on Union Street. In the
fall and winter, we meet at the Information Booth,
foot of Fort Henry Hill. There is a wide range of
abilities, so you won't have a problem finding
someone with whom you can run.

THURSDAY
WOMEN'S GROUP

Meet just before 6:00 p.m. at Runners' Choice for a
social run which starts at 6:00 p.m. All abilities
welcome.
