Packaging machinery manufacturer Bosch Packaging has reached an agreement to take over its German compatriot Ampack Ammann. This company develops and manufactures equipment for filling liquid and pasty products for the food market, with annual sales of 35 million euros.
The operation is awaiting competition authority approval, and its price has not been disclosed. Last year, Bosch carried out an aggressive expansion, especially in Asia, to improve its presence and expand its catalog, which led it to acquisitions and business agreements with various companies.
This company ended the financial year 2011 with a revenue of 40 million euros, 38% more than the previous year. It has 24 employees.
