The Royal Borough of Kingston Half Marathon 2019 will be directly raising money for associated charities, although many runners also fundraise personally for charities of their choice.
Kingston Hospital Charity is committed to supporting Kingston Hospital as it strives to deliver an outstanding level of care across all its services, for the benefit of patients and their families.
Charitable donations help provide a quality of care beyond that which NHS funding alone can afford by: purchasing equipment for better diagnosis and treatment; developing the most patient friendly amenities and environments; funding patient comforts; supporting clinical research; and enhancing staff training and providing for their development and wellbeing more generally.
Please join #TeamKHC, raise over £70 and receive one of our running vests.

The River Thames Boat Project is a registered charity offering therapeutic cruises for the elderly and people with disabilities as well as Education days for primary schools with our School on the River programmes. We aim to make the River Thames more accessible with our 2 community boats Thames Venturer and Thames Discoverer.
You fantastic runners will be running past our boats on October 6th and we will be manning a waterstation there so we will be cheering you on!
