It was founded in 1968 and today has great recognition within the food industry, mainly in the markets of meat processors in Central America. It develops and supplies a wide line of ingredients, including meat tenderizers, powder sauce bases, coating systems (bread and dough devices), marinades, sausage and meat seasonings, consommé bases, pure and mixed spices and seasonings. for snacks, all of this intended for various market niches in the food industry.

Kerry has been present in Latin America since 1994 with technologies and resources that provide creative solutions for the main food and beverage industry categories in the region.

The synergy resulting from the unification of the two companies will provide the food market and mainly the meat segment with a set of integrated solutions that will bring greater agility in the development of innovative products, with greater added value, quality and competitive prices.
