International.- Dewar’s Scotch whiskey launches a new design and packaging for all bottles of the brand. This evolution of the visual identity becomes the most important design change the brand has undergone since John Dewar created the company.
This reconversion of the Scotch whiskey product is part of the global marketing campaign “True Whiskey Since 1846”, which pays tribute to the authenticity of the brand and to its legendary heritage.
To celebrate the history of one of the world’s most recognized spirits, the new design and new packaging seek to evoke Dewar’s extraordinary journey of accolades, allowing consumers to take a little piece of Scotch whiskey history with them in every bottle.
The visual change is complete and reminds of the Scotch origins of the whiskey, the quality and craftsmanship that characterizes Dewar’s. Innovations in design also affect the shape of the bottle and cap, seals, typography and packaging boxes.
This new look is very different from the previous ones and is its most distinctive feature It is a Celtic symbol in the shape of a clover that stands out in relief on all bottles. This signature shamrock is a “D” with three rings representing the three most important people in the company’s history, creator John Dewar and his sons John Alexander Dewar and Tommy Dewar.
All changes exude a “vintage” atmosphere that reflects the heritage and craftsmanship of Dewar’s whiskey. The materials used in the new packaging stand out for their quality and precision of detail.
In order for consumers to discover the story behind Dewar’s, all products include different labels that give life to the evolution of the brand. In addition, each bottle of Dewar’s comes with a unique certificate of authenticity signed by the master blender. Dewar’s Premium and Super Premium whiskeys include special notes of age and origin, making them unique and exclusive.
